COVER Corporation may have been my last agency’s client, but without yours truly, a lot of what we pulled off wouldn’t have happened. I had to break out the “Bat phone” regularly using my own connections and resources to the point where COVER felt more like my client, which is exactly why they’re making the cut on my website.
Although I wrote the proposal that sealed the deal, ran socials, led national press tours, secured high-level media, and opened doors to partnerships with top brands/artists, my favorite project was.. Drumroll pls!
COVER’s month-long Beverly Center pop-up with limited drops, Valentine’s exclusives, & VTuber merch.
Leveraging my Ari Gold-level network in LA’s fashion district, I got COVER set up with domestic production and manufacturing. As project manager for U.S. merch ops, I handled fabric and garment selection, oversaw quality control, and fast-tracked production by weeks to hit a wild deadline. The pop-up was a hit, fans were happy, and COVER’s team is lovely, but this is Alex Rushin’s site, so here’s my flex: we sold out so fast we had to restock.
